First question would be: how to write my VIN into it?

I can't help much with NBT Retrofit into an Exx car. This isn't anything I have done or even looked into. I believe you can make ENET connection directly to Quadralock, set E-Sys Flash Mode to not use Gateway, and then use Tool32 to put NBT in Flash Mode, and then flash it.

You would also use E-Sys to Import and Activate the FSC Codes from other VIN, and then NBT will take VIN from FSC Codes.

Yes I wired it up to the quadralock and I am able to connect to the ecu though I'm not able to FA code it yet. Don't know if this is due to the missing VIN. I will continue with getting informations about the flashing procedure. Thank you so far for giving me a direction.

I am trying to code an F31 with an I-step of F020-14-11-505. The psdzdata files I currently have are version 54.1. I believe that I need at least the 55.1 version files or possibly newer. Could you provide a link to these files?

my dealer updated my car a couple of days ago after a service, so i now have the trimmed CAFD files - teaston PM’d me the updated ESYS, launcher and PSDATA links - but

I’ve followed the install instructions to the letter - when i follow the install instructions, the chassis type in the launcher is automatically populated with f999 and no option to change to f30 - so i cant work out if this is standard / usual / meant to happen (or whether i will get an option in 2 days time)


apart from this, ESYS seems to be working and I can connect to the car and navigate to the trimmed CFAD files but I'm then struggling to work out how to remap the CAFD files as the menus don't seem to be available.

I also don’t seem to have any option to remap the CAFD files - but the issue is token master video seems to use the PRO version, rather than the premium version, so i don’t know what the differences are in the UI.

do i need the where does the NCD/CAFD tool or is it embedded in the launcher somewhere? do I need it to decode the trimmed CAFD files? (as i can’t find it!)

1) If after install it defaults to F999 and it cannot be changed, change PC Date ahead 4 days, then change E-Sys Launcher Car Series, then change PC Date back to current date.

2) The Mapping will happen automatically once you have the correct Car Series set.

Excellent! Changing the PC date allows me to change the chassis type. I've a F31, but should I choose F030 or F031 chassis type?

I was about to post the same question. Since we connect as F020, do we select that as the chassis type as well or choose F30 for Chassis type and connect via VIN as F020?

E-Sys Launcher Car Series = F30
E-Sys Connection Target = F20
