F31 M Sport Fog Lamp Bulb Replacement

Hi, can anyone tell me how to replace the front fog lamp bulbs on my f31 M sport please.
I've got some yellow replacement bulbs which I prefer for fog lamps (must be my age)

Kindest Regards
Carl.

There is a flap inside the wheel arch, it is quite easy but the space to get your hand in is tight. It is easier if you turn the wheel on full lock and/or jack the car up.

Thank you Richard. I'll wait for a day off as my 5 minute jobs have a habit of taking several hours.

Kindest Regards
Carl.

You cannot change the fog light from the arch flap!

Yes you can, the flap is right behind the fog, it's a bit tight with the wheel on but on full lock I did each side in 10mins all in.

I've got two removable sections in the front of the arch, one for the headlights, one lower down for the fogs.

Ah yes for the fog I think I did remove the 3 screws holding the wheel arch liner in place to get to it. As mentioned in the instructions the screwdriver in the boot doubles as a socket for the screws.

You CANNOT change the Fog Light Unit from the arch flap.
BUT
You CAN change the Fog Light Bulb from the arch flap.

I KNOW, because I've done it...

Heat he plastic first, it's easier then - heat gun or hair dryer.

Good luck...

How? Surely you'd need very skinny arms to reach down to the fog light?
