Hi all
Is the kit black matt
Would the kit look good put straight onto the car without it being painted or would it be wise to get the carbon kit.
thanks for any replies.
Bytheway it seems a crazy price for all the kit that you get nearly £1600 and fitted WOW.And the spoiler is in the price
what are the rear fins?

Depends on what look you prefer. Google image search a red f30 with the kit and decide for yourself. The kit fitted at £1,600 is likely to be matte black with a carbon spoiler.

Does £1850 supplied, sprayed and fitted sound reasonable for a BMW dealer?

That's including spraying the splitter, diffuser gloss black, side sills, decals including being lacquered over and rear spoiler.

Tbh it's an m performance aerodynamics kit, spoiler, splitter, diffuser, and side vinyls and sill extensions. Full kit would include 20" 405's. I may be wrong.

I bought my F31 in March and collected on the 20th May 2015.. so Quite recently.

I bought and had fitted the following:
Front Lower Splitter - painted Estoril Blue with Gloss black lip
Side Skirt lips - painted gloss black
Black Kidney Grilles
I missed out on th M Performance brakes so had the dealer paint the standard calipers and bells. Total cost incluiding fitting: £2,200 ish. Labour was around £1,100

Some pictures:

I have been quoted £1953.00 for the kit, that does not include fitting or painting, I have given my dealership the Cotswalds link and they have told me that this is for the pre LCI kit and that the LCI kit on the new M Sport is different and the price is for the new one. I can't believe this?

Kit for the LCI is identical to the pre LCI. This has been confirmed by Cotswold who checked all the parts while I was on the phone to them. Dealer is pulling a fast one.

Also depends on what they are supplying with the kit but that's almost certainly too much.

Personally I would buy the parts individually and then get it all fitted by a reputable body shop. Save yourself a small fortune.

I spoke to the guys at Cotwolds about fitting. Phil mentioned that most kits that are sold to be delivered and not fitted by them. They have probably only done a handful. Phil mentioned about 2 have been fitted there!
