Seems to have every indication it does - sport seats, variable sport steering, sport steering wheel, and the 18 inch 397 wheels, but window sticker doesn't specify. Says nothing about sport suspension and doesn't include sportline, but some of the vin decoders do. Wondering if it's actually part of the car or not since i know options were reshuffled and some cars can have individual parts of packages selected by the dealers.

Can anyone run the vin and find more information?

Correct. You got the most important things. The seats and interior. The exterior is easy to retrofit as it's bumpers, wheels, brakes, suspension which are different. Those you can always add in pieces but the interior is the hardest. It doesn't really matter if you ever go coilovers or not.

Hmm I don’t track the vehicle, just enjoy a "sporty" ride that is engaging to drive on mountain roads and inspires some confidence to take turns, want better than most vehicles but I’m not racing or doing anything serious. You think it’s Worth it to go coilovers in my case? I mean let’s be real most driving is around town...groceries and Home Depot with the occasional drive on the parkway and some great mountain roads.

If you are happy with it than that's all that matters. It's when you figure out your car could "talk" to you more and respond to your inputs faster is when you start to make changes.

Otherwise enjoy the car for what it is. When you get bored, a stage 1 tune will really wake it up power wise.

On LCI F30s, there was no more Sport Line--most of the Sport Line features were made standard, including sport seats.

397 Wheels aren't MSport wheels; they were Sport Line wheels pre-LCI.

The vin codes say sport line, which generally comes with m sport suspension unless it's an x drive, to my knowledge. Mine is pre lci though. May be different post lci.

No, there's no 704 sport suspension which means the OP just has the standard suspension. 704 actually has different springs, shocks, and sway bars.

And I'm glad I have it. So post lci m sport suspension was only available on actual m sport models. Huh. The way bmw packages and repackages their options had me wondering. I searched hard for that 704 option when I bought my car.
