Hello,
Thought I would dyno the car. Taking bets & guesses on what I'll put down. It's around 6 PM EST. I'll update this accordingly. Will be done via Dynapak hub mounted. 128k miles 2013 6MT stock n20 block stock clutch, stock flywheel, etc Mods from sucking in air to exiting tailpipe: aFE grill scoop aFE Magnum Force Stage 2 Intake FTP turbo inlet Go Fast Bits DV+ FTP Turbo to Intercooler pipe ATM Intercooler FTP Charge Pipe eBay minus kitten downpipe (circuit werks if anyone really wants to know) OEM mid-pipe (no cats on n20 variant) + removed resonator 335/340i Active Autowerks muffler Tune: Stage 2 BM3 OTS 93 Octane Map Additional functional things Stage 2 fuel pump Walbro 525 Fuel-It Pump BPM4 EKP - doesn't overheat with the increased wattage of the upgraded fuel pump (plug and play when coded via VIN) Precision Raceworks Coils 280/307 was the highest. Graphs were all the same. Last edited by sqwinny; 04-13-2021 at 09:15 PM.. |

You need to provide your stock numbers for us to guess, but the math already exists. You will get close to 22%HP / 25%TQ more than your stock numbers.
Based on factory numbers of 248hp * 22% = 302hp * 15% drivetrain loss = 257whp. Maybe you will get more than 248hp stock, as these tend to be under rated, so if you add another 15-20hp then likely best case around 275whp. Goodluck with the tests. Will do 2 runs with the stock tune and mods, then 2 runs with stage 2 93 OTS tune for comparison.

My best time at the track was 13.7 at 102. I was scared to really launch the car and didn't want to break anything. I also didn't know launch control existed with the 6MT until after. I think gearing alone would change this as a shift from 3 -> 4 is needed with about 60-80 feet to go as your stuck at redline at 92-95 mph. A simple raise of the rev limiter to 7600 would help wonders.

I am not surprised! Manual Trans rule! Not as much driveline lose. I know in this traffic around DFW it sucks most of the time but I still like driving it.

Dynapack Dynos read "high" because they are connected to the hubs, instead of being strapped down to the wheels. Without a baseline, I'm just spitballing it, but I would take off about 8% for Dynojet numbers.
Otherwise great build and thank you for posting.
