MPE exhaust 340i

hello i have a 2017 bmw f30 340i with the stock exhaust and i recently had the m performance exhaust (not the mppsk) installed by a friend except the stock exhaust there is the wire for the valve and on the new m performance exhausts there is no valve, so my question is what do I do with this cable? I leave it unplugged?

I just ziptied mine so it's not hanging. You CAN get the cover to be safe but the zip tie would be a cheaper and simpler option. I've had mine ziptied for over a year and haven't had any problems.
