Replacement Front Struts with Adjustable Dampers

I have a 2017 340i with M-Adaptive suspension. I need new front struts as the ones I have are now shot. I have ordered the Bilstein ones months ago but I am told they are constantly on backorder. Here is what I ordered:

Bilstein 23-266476 - B4 Series Front Passenger Side Suspension Strut Assembly
Bilstein 23-266469 - B4 Series Front Driver Side Suspension Strut Assembly

I have checked with many vendors and I am told they are out of stock. Does anybody know where there is a place who has them in stock? Alternatively, is there another make that I can use that has the same functionality and is not a year on backorder?

Have you considered just sticking with OE and not going Bilstein. Might have more luck getting parts. Order what's popular, no problem. Order something rare, wait.

I did think of that and looked into it and unfortunately the replacement OEM struts are more than double the cost.

Are those the right part numbers?

This is what I ordered for my 340i RWD M-Sport w/t M-Adaptive:

FR: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...b4-37106866516

FL: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-bilstein...23-238916~bil/

Before they were restocked this year, I had to get my driver's side one from a German seller on eBay.

Indeed - OEM M Adaptive struts are much more expensive than B4 Damptronic counterparts. I suggest to wait for B4 Damptronic.

There is another imperfect option: KW DDC Plug and Play coilovers. But this option means replacing all four struts at a higher price and lowering the vehicle from OEM suspension height.
