F31 lowering springs with EDC
I’ve been reading up on the forums about lowering my new F31 with EDC but the info is all a little confusing and not as straight forward as I though on this vehicle.
What is the best choice for lowering spring for an F31 with EDC? What I have come up with is: 1. Eibach 2. ACS Anyone have experience with either of these springs on stock struts with EDC? Or other suggestions. 2018 F31 330xi M Sport. |

Here in the UK the AC springs are the ones most folk go for; the Eibach pro kits get mentioned a lot too... You'll be fine with either really as they don't lower a huge amount over M Sport

i believe eibach manufactures the springs for acs. it may have slightly different spring rates and amount of lowering. acs usually costs more as well, so i'd just get eibach.

I just installed these on my 2018 440i GC xDrive (F36) with EDC if this helps.
https://www.tunershop.com/eibach-spr...6-pro-kit.html …looks great and definitely tightens things up just a bit in a good way. Don’t find myself going into sport mode to firm things up as much as before. I shaved stock bump stocks a tad (just above the taper) and refreshed the rubber parts on top/bottom of springs. |
