Is there any device i can buy that shows the car health?

Like gauges fir intake temperature, oil and etc..

I was using Dash Command but I’m using BimmerLink now.
I still use Dash Command on nonBMW cars.

Does Bimmerlink give you more info as compared to Dash Command?

It’s easier for me to setup dashboards in Bimmerlink and it’s got a lot of detailed stuff for BMW. I still use dash command on my family cars and work cars.
