Service Information Bulletin 120119

So when I had my car in for the 5K service, they did this fix but I can't find any information anywhere on it. Does anyone know about this service?

You could call and ask your Service Advisor. It might have to do with updating the software, not sure. Do you bring your car to the Ontario dealership? I used to with my 2001 X5 years ago and there was a SA that was great to work with. Unfortunately, they promoted him!!!

He said it was a software update when I took it in. I was just wanting to know exactly what the update was. If it is just normal that these cars need those updates, then no worry and thanks for the reply!

And yes it was BMW of Ontario. I think they did a great job! Even gave me a brand new X5 loaner!
