Based on the picture,your car does not have neck warmers. You have adjustable head rests. Seats with neck warmers,the head rests are not adjustable.

There is a button marked REST if you have it? I know my '06 had it, my '09 did not. My '18 does not.

For launch control, warm car up (drive around 7 miles), pull into an empty lot, throw it in sport plus, shift lever to left then hold brake and gas and it should say launch control if it activates.

sit in your car and go through the manual or youtube. It's faster than waiting for a response here.

I searched in the manual but couldn't find it - how to create a new idrive profile? I erased all the data from the previous owner. I have an appointment to tint the windows this Sunday and will post pictures after!
