Buyer jack10525 had an issue with a purchased item

TL;DR: The user started this thread with accusations about a seller that turned out to be untrue. Instead, he misunderstood the item's requirements for installation on his vehicle. Rather than trying to handle this first with the seller, he took the situation straight to the public forum.

It's not the seller's responsibility to tell you about the need an o2 sensor extension. If I sold you wheels are you going to bitch because I didn't tell you it needs tires and lug nuts to install on the car?

How was the condition not as described?

As BuefordTjustice stated, if you were not aware of o2 sensor extension, that’s not on him unless you can show he stated nothing was required.

I never had any issues when installing it onto my car. I have done my research and all was well. I have posted pictures from all angles of its condition. If you don't like it then just ship it back to me and I will issue you a refund.

I still want to know why OP said it wasn't in the condition as described.

Says great condition in ad and pics seem to confirm that.

He didn't even message me, I just received notification from Paypal that he didn't authorize the payment. Now he opened a case against me. Never once did he message me and try to resolve the issue in the PM. I would've accepted the return too.

Damn op... you're some kinda dickhead. You failed to do research on the part you bought. Then, didn't even ask the seller and just went to post about them and put them on blast. Do your research next time idiot. You wanna try to save some cash and buy used from a fellow member, do your damn homework first lmao. What a fool.

I recently bought a carbon fiber trunk spoiler for my f36 that fit fine. I needed extra 3m tape but that was not a big deal. Quality of part was good and shipping was fair.

I'll keep you guys updated on how the dispute goes on Paypal. If anything, I'll just have him return it to me and I'll issue a refund. I don't need to waste my time battling with him.

Whats funny is OP is calling PhuX99 a scammer yet he disputed the payment on paypal and is currently holding onto the wagner downpipe. Therefore hes actually scamming PhuX99 because now he will be out of a downpipe and money unless the downpipe is returned. Also OP I have searched and searched and could not find ANYTHING RELATED TO ANY DOWNPIPE ABOUT O2 SENSOR EXTENSION. I didn't even know those existed for our cars. Maybe this is a sign that you should hire a mechanic to properly install things for you.
