Correct, the 18x9 ET30/31 setup will be a flush fit without poking on most chassis including cars at stock ride height in both the front and rear. These wheels can be run as a square setup with various tire sizes all the way around but if you are looking for a safer setup, I would recommend 245/40-18 tires. You can find more aggressive examples of our customers using 255s on these wheels throughout this thread.

We got some nice photos from our customer of his F30 335i with a square set of 18" ARC-8s in Satin Black finish.

APEX Wheel Fitment Specs:
  • Front: 18x9" ET30 ARC-8 with 245/40-18 Nitto NT555 G2
  • Rear: 18x9" ET30 ARC-8 with 275/35-18 Nitto NT555 G2
  • Apex recommended setup for the rear wheel with this tire size would be 18x9.5 ET35

Maybe I missed this but will Hyper Black ever be offered again? Let's say for a square 19x9 et28 setup?

I believe my car is Glacier Silver (need to double check my color code lol) and really wondering what color Apex's would look best. I'm not usually a fan of dark wheels so black is out, anthracite might be a bit too dark and I'm concerned hyper silver would clash with the silver of the car (which is different than a regular titanium silver type color). Decisions decisions! lol

My first choice would have been hyper black because it reflects light and looks lighther than black or anthracite (if that makes sense!), then second choice hyper silver.

Garage List
Summer Shoes

Put on the summer wheels/tires yesterday.

Apex EC-7s in Race Silver, 19/8.5 and 19/9.5, with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 235/40/19 265/35/19. respectively.

Special thanks and high compliments to the Apex team. Manufacturing and shipping has been hit hard by COVID and it took a long time (months) to get this set put together. I ordered direct when I couldn't find a set anywhere. Among other things, the team at Apex was in touch every two weeks throughout the wait to keep me informed. That is very high level of customer service, is too rare, and is much appreciated.

Hyper Black is currently offered on our 17" and 18" ARC-8s. We haven't offered it on any of our 19" wheels as far as I know and don't currently have any plans to expand the finish options for our 19" wheels at the moment. I'm in the camp of Anthracite goes on everything but I'm also a terrible judge of color so I can't offer great finish advice.

Hi there,

The 18x10" ET25 is far too aggressive to be an ideal fit on the rear of the F3X chassis. Even with fender and camber modifications, you will still have quite a bit of poke and likely some rubbing under suspension compression, too.

I suggest taking a look at our F3X fitment guide via the following link to check out some of our recommend fitments for the F3X chassis: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide

Summer wheels are finally on. ARC-8, 19x9 square, et28, Anthracite, Hankook Ventus 245/35/19 on H+R coilovers. No spacers, no fender rolling, no rubbing. Just installed everything this past weekend and waiting a little bit longer for the springs to settle then I’ll adjust the height to my liking and off for an alignment.

Looks great! Could you post a profile shot of the body line/wheel interface? I’d be curious to see how close the face is to the body

The perfect fitment for F30. For those who are curious:

19x9 et 28 245/35/19
19x9.5 et 33 265/35/19

No fender roll, no rubbing 🤞🏽

Thank you for posting those, looks great. Test fitting mine this week with 245/40/19 tires as I need more sidewall for the areas I drive.

Check out my recent post. My car is glacier silver and I decided to go with the hyper silver.

In my opinion it was the best color option for my car.

Just mounted Apex Arc 8’s on my 2015 335xi m sport. Wheels are 18x9 et 30 with lovely concavity and wrapped with Michelin PS4S tires (245/40/18). I’m lowered on H&R Sport springs with Bilstein B8’s shocks and struts. Fitment is perfectly flush with no rubbing whatsoever. The best part is with all this extra tire my lowered car now feels OEM in ride quality, while handling and grip are sooo much sharper. When I first did the springs it was stiffer and better in the corners but bouncy as hell on stock shocks. With new shocks bounce was gone but ride quality was still a little tough on bumps but not bad. Now it’s perfect. Not to mention losing almost 6lbs per corner with these wheels, it’s like a new car. These wheels and tires are a marvel. Pics incoming as soon as I figure out how to upload them lol

Just received my 19x9 et28 ARC-8’s and fitted 245/40/19 General GMAX AS-05 tires. This was outside the recommended sizing from Apex but they fit well with no interference at all on stock alignment specs. My 18x9 EC-7’s are also for sale!
