Problem with that though is that 265/30 rear is E9x tyre size.

F3x would use 265/35

265/35 on the rear is perfect in my opinion. I do have have some rubbing but I’m lowered on H&R springs.

Currently have the square 18x9 et30 with 255/40/18s MPS4s waiting to be mounted. I am on swift Spec R lowering springs and am trying to figure out how much camber is going to be needed to clear the fronts. I'm in this too deep at this point so camber plates, M LCA, LCA camber adjustable bushing are probably going to happen. Anybody have some suggestions?

I could cut my losses and try to resell the tires and go for the 245/40/18 setup but would want the 255/40/18 for additional grip all round.

513M are 18x9 ET29 with 255/40/18 doesn't have rubbing issues at stock height or modest drop. 18x9 ET30 with 255/40/18 is basically the same (1mm more conservative). https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...+255%2F40%2F18

if for some reason it did rub, it would be slight and would likely be remedied with a camber adjustment to the factory suspension. i'd wait on the camber plates but if you are intending on M LCA, i believe it pushes the tire forward and could increase the chance of rubbing the fenderwell liner at full lock

Perfect, the M LCAs were going to be an attempt to gain some camber for clearance. I just hear conflicting things about fitment up front. Not trying to rub or have poke.

Can anyone help? Just bough 18x8.5 et20. Not sure if I would be able to fit them on my f30, bought them even before noticing they are et20. Can anyone advise me which size of tire I should use for this type of wheels? They are taken of f10. Thanks in advance!

They will poke in the front about 5mm but fit flush in the rear. I'd recommend 235/45 and 265/40

What front and rear brakes did you have? the Fronts are all the same as far as the caliper even on standard brakes - the difference is the rotor. But the REARs are either the 1 or 2 piston with either 330 and 345mm. Just curious - trying to get this same fit. DMV roads suck and I cracked my 18x9.5j ARC 8.

I went with an aggressive 18" setup for my Arc8', which are getting mounted in the upcoming week:

Front:
235 / 40 / 18

Rear:
265 /35 / 18

Keep the below link in mind for your fitment style of choice....

I still haven't sold the 18x9 et30 square set in anthracite that I bought that poked. I separated the tires and sold those, I actually have nice boxes now to ship them, if anybody wants a set of 4 arc8 18x9 et30 anthracite barely used to try and make it work, dm me. The rears I might have been able to get enough with the stock camber adjustment, but the front's definitely would have required the camber plates and I didn't want to do it.
