Steering wheel vibration, fixed?

December 2012 Build. 328xi sportline with no DHP I have the steering wheel vibrations. 25 days in the shop for this and other issues. This is getting OLD> ==,

I think BMW should rectify this vibration issue immediately, since this problem has persisted a while.

5/2012 328i - no vibration.
