BMW F30 M sport front bumper

Hello all, I recently try to install an aftermarket m sport front bumper from Goodgo but couldn't fit it on. I noticed that it was also vertically shorter in height compare to my first m sport aftermarket front bumper which fitted perfectly. Should I try to remove the foam shock absorber in the front? Does anyone know any tips that I should try?

You sure you ordered/they shipped correct bumper?
