BMW Connected Drive Remote Services not functioning?

I have an NBT (non-Evo), and the remote services (door lock/unlock, ventilation, etc.) from the iOS App are not functioning.

A call to BMW said that they are aware of the matter, but have no date as to when these services will be returned.

Does anyone here know anything more??

It's working for me. Just tried all commands without issue.
