Tire fitment 440i gran coupe

Hey guys I was wondering if I can fit 235/40/18 & 265/35/18 on the oem 400M ( 8" x 8.5") wheel?
*currently 225/45/18 & 255/40/18

Also, if I were to purchase wheel spacers do I need to drop the car? My issue is the front splitter is so low - not sure if adding wheel spacers car needs lower springs.

Thanks

Putting smaller diameter tires will lower your car than it is now. 265 is too wide for 8.5. You do not need to lower your car to use spacers

265 is out of spec for a 8.5" wheel, too wide.
Now it will fit (I've had 275 on a 8.5" lol) if you can find a tire shop willing to do it.
But it'll look goofy and won't handle that well 👎
