7 series angel wings on 3 series?

anyone have any idea how to put these welcome light on 3 series? it looks really great

Wow, haven't seen those before. Do those stay on while driving? Or only when reversing or unlocking the car?

Cooool! Are you sure this was a 7 series though and not a F30 LCI? (so possibly already available on ebay)

looks like this is the OEM part for 7 series, cost so much. expecting aftermarket.

i think this only stay on when you unlock the car, i guess you can do coding to it to make it stay on all the time.

Taking a closer look on these in google the light module is in the side skirt near the front wheel arches

EDIT: So I ended up ordering this for $38. I'm 99% sure its the same as ijdmtoy. All I cared was it was CREE led.

Buddy has these factory on a newer X3. They are indeed mounted low in the side skirts directly behind the front wheel

Nice effect, but if you live in an area that get's snow, during the winter as the slush builds up under the front of the skirt directly behind the front wheel - the light goes away as it gets entirely encased in built up ice/slush.

Nice design/poor placement for winter weather cars

Yup, I found the listing with the Cree LED. I'll have to take a look at my car and see how I might want to attach it.

I probably should've done that first but I'm gonna wing it. What I plan on doing was installing it on the pinch weld.

EDIT: Just realized/remembered, our cars don't have pinch welds :face plam: haha.
