just bought a vrsf 200 cell downpipe

Just bought a 200 cell vrsf catted downpipe for my m240ix drive, at this moment i,m running a JB4 on Map 1 only, if installed i will change to Map 2 , or should i better change my Jb4 for a ECU Tune ? ( ODBD ) if installed i hope the car will sound a bit better ( already removed front muffler ). Next Mod will be A remus muffler...

I am on the way to pick up my m240 from the VRSF install, ..... tech that did it said, "Um, it is a BIT louder" then he laughed like CRAZY, .... LOL

only thing i,m still thinking is selling my JB4 for a normal ecu tune, or better advice to stay for the JB4 with map 2 ?

is there also a big difference between the Downpipe from

Vrsf 200 cell around 600 euro
Wagner Downpipe 200 cell 800 euro
HJS Downpipe 200 cell over 1000 euro

except price, is there a big difference between this ? , or is the VrSF good enough for this ?

Look into the AFE catted 200 cell...looks legit also compared to the others and I think it’s in the high $600’s low $700’s range.

thanks for the replies, i think i will buy the Wagner 200 cell, main reason is less stress for the turbo, and a bit more sound. pitty prices are that high here in Europe ( pay 920 euro for the Wagner 200 cell ) . i will make a soundclip if mounted on my 240

CG Precision for the win.

Larger internals than Fabspeed as well.

Combine with their exhaust with larger pipes and their custom connector for 3.5” pipes from the end of the Downpipe....killer.

Sometime getting ahold of the best isn't easy.

CG a walk in the park compared with EOS. They might as well be the CIA.

Actually needed some things from CG in last 60 days and they went out of their way to help out.

I just purchased an Evolution Racewerks catless downpipe. I currently have the BMS intake along with the JB4 only on map 1. My car has the M1 and M2 exhaust packages.

I just got the downpipe installed and the garage called me saying it sounds absolutely way too loud and terrible. It doesn't sound nice at all. I'll post a video of it as soon as I get a chance to pick it up.

Sounds cool you need to do a WOT pass by now and record. Man this B58 engine reminds me of a little V8 its probably one of the best sounding straight 6 BMW engine made.

It's louder than you can hear but it's tolerable. The garage was making it seem like it was the end of the world. I'll try making a drive-by video with different angles so we can hear what it sounds like.
