No speaker audio please help

i hit a large puddle of water and i believe it damaged my left underseat subwoofer or blown a hidden fuse i haven't found (i checked both boxes in the engine bay and trunk behind the seats) after it happened the speakers were cracking and popping for 3 days then stopped all sound completely (i can still turn up an down to no affect)

If only the one underseat sub isn't working you probably blew just the one. Take it out and check that you don't have a loose connection. Can swap over working sub to verify that wiring is working to broken location.

Water damage to a woofer would probably only affect the woofer. Water damage to the trunk mounted amp would affect all the speakers.
