I would appreciate the latest download links. Just got my cable in today, and I've already got two friends lined up looking for some minor coding. Any information for beginners would be appreciated, is the info at the beginning of this thread still current?

This weekend I'll be coding a 428i to have video while driving and folding ,irons when locking... Hoping that's a simple enough starting point

I updated to pzdata 58.1 and still getting "cafd_00000794-014_040_122" not found! [C012] when trying to read coding data for FEM_Body any idea.

No. It is CAFD file, not .ncd file. Do not rename it. Just copy to psdzdata cafd folder (not CAF), then you can read ECU and code it.

You are the man, that worked. One last question. I was able to enable office in Idrive menu and I can see Notes and Contacts but I can't see Messages, How do I enable this function?

There is nothing separate to enable Messages. You likely have iPhone, where message functionality is a known issue.

Did you delete pairing and repair the phone? You also need to enable the Message option under iDrive Phone / BT settings.
