Just picked up this 2016 330e
(M sport plus,8 speed ZF,Pro Nav, black Dakota leather) I thought I'd get involved with the pictures and add some more as and when the mods happen.

Coming from an F56 Mini JCW (manual) it's a bit of a departure from the hot hatch world but it's nice to be back in something a little more "grown up" (although I am missing the pops and bangs from the JCW pro exhaust)

Previous to the Mini I've only had VW / Audi's and modded them quite a bit. This is my first "proper" BMW so it's all new to me.

Just installed the black kidney grills this morning and grabbed a couple of pics whilst out shooting a mates S3 this afternoon.

Got some gloss black parts today.

Hopefully I can find the time to get them fitted at the weekend.

Fitted the M performance style gloss splitter today. Fitment wasn't too bad considering the price.

As I've bagged almost all of my previous cars then the 330e didn't have much of a chance...
Need to be very clever fitting the management though as I want to keep the space in the boot and I'd usually use the spare wheel area for the tank / compressor but this will be a challenge due to the battery pack sitting in the way.

The car looks great in Mineral Grey. One of the best shades of grey.

Thanks.

Plans put on hold currently whilst waiting for BMW to acknowledge the fact that I have a cracked rear wheel on the car.

Had to borrow a pair of wheels from a mate in the meantime whilst they ignore my phone calls and emails.

Cracked wheel now welded and BMW should be reimbursing me ASAP.

Fitted an M performance replica diffuser yesterday but no proper pics of yet.
Small boot lip spoiler ended getting sent back to the supplier as it didn't fit at all, on the look out for a decent one that's not too small or too aggressive next.

After washing the car, I am convinced that the previous owner was a fan of cheap car washes as the dealers glazes and waxes have now been stripped and the paintwork is shocking.

Will need a full correction when funds allow.

In the meantime I'll post this picture I took at the weekend (from a distance)

I can highly recommend the original OEM F80 boot spoiler. Even the Performance spoiler looks too busy for my taste. Had the same issues with 2 aftermarket spoilers, they are just awful.

It's weird how they can get these aftermarket ones so wrong.
Surely they can just take a mould from an OEM item and replicate in the factory in (I assume) China ?

Had a friend do a two stage correction last weekend. Turned out pretty awesome considering how the paint started out.
