If it's a 2016 NBT EVO I would expect it to have id4 (just saying that's what my F36 has). I believe 2017+ has id5?

We've flashed a few of these to ID6 and it works fine provided that you're mainly just using it for Apple CarPlay.

I run one of these in my 320i and works perfectly fine without any reboots. You may see some rebooting if you're using BMW route guidance for long trips.

Steve - can you tell me what is the earliest version of NBT that is capable of running Apple Carplay through a wifi connection?
