Using Bimmercode while having a retrofitted ID6 on my car?

Will this cause any issues?

I got a vin-coded id6 from steve at code my bimmer (great guy btw)... it's been installed in my car for a while... but now I'm curious if I try to code something into my car (m performance in cluster, for example), that I could face issues.

Something along those lines was suggested in the bimmercode manual below

you can use it, but be aware, that bimmercode often fucks up coding file and you will need esys to restore it.
Also in that case if EVO was precoded by seller on bench so you will need to do lots of coding to restore all functionality.
