It'll add camber and isn't adjustable. Set your toe to OEM specs. Rear alignment shouldn't change but that should be within OEM specs as well.

My punk-ass BMW dealer refused to do the alignment! So I should just tell the shop to do toe in like stock and caster and camber to be left as they are?

No matter what you tell the shop, they won't be able to physically change castor and camber angles, so it really doesn't matter.

Just say "oem spec for toe in". That should be all you need to communicate

Yep just correct the front toe and enjoy the new driving dynamics. Any shop can do it. You can actually even do it in your garage if you have a couple 2x4s and measuring tape. I've done that in the past to at least square things up for a while until I could get a proper alignment. So if the dealer isn't willing to do it, just take it to an indy shop or local race shop.
