Have anyone tried this screen yet?

Multiple people have responded to you to say it’s not worth it. I can only assume you are trying to sell that garbage and spamming forums.

Hey man, I am just trying to gain some info on it to make a decision to buy it or not, If you don't know anything keep your mouth shut. Can you post the link where *multiple* people have responded. May be you need to get your eyes checked.
I am just looking for a reasonable response since I got no info on it. Keep your assumptions to yourself.

See other post, there’s options. At 6.6 it’s recommended to just get an Android headunit for another 100$

Double check you have the nbt system, compare your menus and such. 2014 is on the cusp of years.

If you are looking to upgrade to a bigger screen the AndreaM will work, should be plug and play, but not many have gone that route, they just replace completely with an android head unit replacement.

Thanks for the links, yeah first I was just looking to buy the MMI box only for my 6 in screen, but upon opening the official website showed me this option which will upgrade the screen size too with touch so thought of checking the reviews but was not able to find anything.
I emailed Andream too and they shared the video for similar HU for E90

I bought this 1 week ago and installed it. It is basically the MMI unit built into the display itself. So for less money you get the MMI function + the big display. The unit is very easy to install and works wonderfully well. I have not used it extensively but functionalities are OK, Android Auto worked on my short runs, no problem with music streaming, reverse camera and PDC work as well.
I am actually very pleased by the upgrade. What is also great is the response form Andream. The reply fast and are very supportive.

Thanks for your feedback on this thread, I've been debating this upgrade as well (6 inch screen, non-nav). When you have time, can you post any pics of it installed and any impressions so far?

Been battling ANDREAM for a refund after a screen showed delivered but nothing arrived. Having a hard time with ANDREAM to do the right thing and refund me the amount.

they are giving me the run around non stop. Poor communication and not supporting the product. I will be posting the text and emails from them. BUYER BEWARE>

can use either OEM bluetooth or Units BT. Can select either

I have the screen. Works fine for me. Let me check the config and I'll provide info.

The supplier gave me the password for the software and yes it was all about the screen size in the configuration. Once corrected everything is working

Hi, I I have no issues when connecting using wireless Carplay using iPhone XS Max. Software version:
App Version: BMW-LZH-2020-09-13 23:29:30[8905a9d]

OS Version: BMW-LZH-2020-10-10 21:44:21[7bf9989]

I understand from the seller there is no more recent software. Only issue I am having with the above software is that sometimes Carplay fails to connect easily. I realised it usually connects more quickly when the phone is unlocked and I have an app open (e.g. Maps or Waze). I queried the seller and apparently they are working on a software update to solve this.

It'd be good to understand what you mean by "stretched" - can you share a picture?
