Unhappy Misfires and Valvetronic malfunction

Stock 2014 335i Tuned to MHD stage 1 on 4/19. Car was fine until 4/21. Received these codes after driving for less than 5 min. Had Drive train malfunction popup on Idrive, and misfire in cyl 3. pulled over turned car off. No more popup. Retuned to stage 1 after codes on 4/21. Drove to work 4/22 seemed fine until on my way back, the same codes popped up. Was able to continue driving under 3k rpms. Seems like it misfires when under boost?

My thoughts on what is wrong; Spark-plugs/coils or valvetronic or fuel injection. Any help is appreciated, forgive my lack of knowledge.

Here are the codes:
4/21/2024 5:10:25 PM
- DME active codes -
135808 - Valvetronic servomotor, position sensors, electrical: Malfunction.
135A08 - Valvetronic servomotor, position sensors, signal: Not plausible.
140001 - Combustion misfires, several cylinders:
Fuel injection is switched off.
140010 - Combustion misfires, several cylinders: detected.
140301 - Combustion misfire, cylinder 3: Fuel injection is switched off.
140310 - Combustion misfire, cylinder
3: detected.
- DME shadow (inactive) codes -
140011 - Misfire: Fuel injection deactivation.
231501 - Fault entry: Send buffer full.

You can start by swapping coil/plug from cyl 3 to another cyl and see if the problem follows the coil. Once you address that misfire see if valvetronic problem persists and go from there.

Will do that tomorrow when socket comes. FYI, the car also has the valvetronic ticking sound.

Swapped ignition coil from cyl 3 to 2 and the misfire followed. Replacing all plugs and coils tomorrow and will install downpipe after a few days of it running well.
