i have BMW F30 2012 with CIC-HIGHT 6 pin LVCDS I bought Android 7.1 NBT because the seller said to me if you have 6 LVCDS pin you must take the NBT version
then i have installed all fine the android unit start the head unit start and still freez and after 1 min shutdown and no signal ,idrive don't work ,and android unit still work fine the daschboard work fine i have change configuration to HARMAN , DVD 2 , IDRIVE 2 i have test all possibility i have change car type i have tested all and same problème i have make to you video thank's you for help

if you still got warranty (or ever had one in the first place) let them replace them or maybe ask for an update.

My guess is that the screen itself has some kind of defect.

i have updated the android version and the MCU version and try it in other car the same probléme the screen work fine button Menu work back work navigation work scroll not work press ok work volum up and down not work and the car original head unit shut down and make no signal after 30 seconde i have CIC HIGHT with 6 PIN LVCDS

If you still got the problem in a different car, than the Android Screen is defect.
And if i understood you right, the original Screen throws a "NO SIGNAL" after 30 seconds? That could be a defect HU, LVDS or screen
