100k miles = 160,000KM

Holy crap that's alot.

I'm almost at 50k miles (80,000KM) and I'm about to get a tune+CP installed later.
Unfortunately I've only had it for the last 16K or so. But the previous owner seems to have treated it quite fine (minus the few swirls that drive me crazy)

Was there anything that he/she replaced or broke before you took ownership of it?

nope, everything looked and sounded just fine when i first went to see it. from the carfax it seems the owner was having it serviced at dealer well past the 50K miles. washer pump and battery were replaced right around 50K and a bunch of maintenance stuff done at a dealer around 75K. that was the main reason i felt confident about getting a high mileage car.

So it looks like the normal thing then.

I was going to do water pump, fuel pump, belts, battery at 60k miles and sparkplugs at 50k miles.

There's something to do: get a DA polisher and supplies and get the swirls out. Not quite a mod, but takes a lot of work and can be a few hundred bucks. Looking at your polished car will bring happiness.
