Thanks...I'm pretty happy with the deal...I read a lot of threads on this site and Bimmerfest about what the fees, RV and MF should be...got some good advice, did my homework...negotiated over e-mail before I went in to talk to the dealer.

Where are you getting it should be 61%, it's 58% for residual on MY14?

I was told by 2 BMW dealerships that MF 0.00127 is for "them", both used 0.00167 to come up with monthly payment (before using MSD etc...)

May not be new to you guys but just learned from insider MSRP less 7.5% will give you ball park for invoice for any BMW !
use this: $MSRP / (divide) by 1.075= invoice
I don't agree with this being invoice, but this is what they use to reduce the price to present it to you as "discount" .

Does anyone know if BMW incentives can be applied to lease a loaner car?

Find another dealer. I know one in MD that my co-worker used. Gave him a great price at base MF without any BS fees. David Aviles @ Northwest BMW.

Just use bmwconfig.com to get the invoice price.

What do you guys think of this quote that I got from BMW of Manhattan?

Specs
2013 328i xDrive
Imperial Blue Metallic
Silver Matte Trim
Black Leatherette
17" light alloy wheels Star-spoke style 393
Moonroof
Heated front seats
Navigation System
Driver Assistance Package

Price (including MACO and Training, as per Edmunds and BMWConfig)
Invoice: $42,790.00
M.S.R.P.: $45,925.00

Lease Offer (as per the quote print out that they gave me)
Residual: 64%
L.E.V.: $29,392.00
Term: 36
MF Rate: 0.0012
Cash Down: Blank
Rebate: Blank

Total Sales Tax: $1,481.86
Initial Cap Cost: $42,310.00
Adjusted Cap Cost: $43.732.00
Base Monthly Payment: $486.11

Total Annual Fees: $200.00
Total Initial Fees: $897.50
Amount Due At Start: $1642.52

I'm putting $0 down and financing my taxes. One thing I noticed as I typed this all out that currently BMW is offering a $1000 "Build Out Credit" (and I did mention it to him a few times, which he acknowledged) but I don't see that in the quote that he gave me. I thought it would be under the "Rebate" section . Am I not getting it and somehow they're absorbing that credit for themselves as additional profit?

Looks like your dealer is selling the car for 43,310, which is 520 above BMWConfig invoice. Then he is applying the $1000 build-out rebate on it.

7.5% is incorrect.

That explanation makes sense. Thanks!

So I guess I'm getting a good deal since I constantly read that $500 over invoice is what people usually shoot for?

whats the Build Out Credit?

So heres my deal so far. i feel like im getting a good deal but the payments still seem high for an ED. suggestions welcome ...

US MSRP = 51950
Selling price = 46740 (incl 925 acq fee)

MF = .000157 (rem its ED)
Resid = 61%
36mo/10k yr

no cash down and no rebate

EDIT: Quick question about ED - i understand you lock in the car deal before you go but dont you have another option to take advantage of better rates when the car's delivered or something? can some please explain that. thx

looking for feedback ASAP

Dealer Name/ Location: BMW of Mt. Kisco NY
Year/Model: 2014 335i
MSRP: $52,250
Invoice: $49,350
Options/Packages: Technology Package, Rear View, PDC, Harmon Kardon
Cash Down: $3,900
Negotiated Price: $45,650
*Money Factor: 0.00127
*Lease term/Miles: 15,000/36 months
*Lease Payment: $559.30
Other Pertinent Information:

$2900 off of MSRP
$1000 for completing BMW Drive on July 30th
$500 for BMW Loyalty
Total $4400 off MSRP

Am I getting a good deal? $2200 of the $3900 is cash down to lower my monthly payment. So if you remove that $2200, and only pay the $1700 for tax, title, reg and other fees, my payment would be $620.90 per month. Thank you for your help.

Have you considered putting down MSDs? That would bring your payment down too and it is refundable. All in all I think you can do better with the negotiated price.

It's not perfectly correct, you're right.

But it's actually fairly close, since the markup is 7-8% for the F30, depending on the profit margin of that particular vehicle and equipment.

My margin was 7.4% exactly.

But the exact specific best bet is really to just go to BMW config to figure out invoice.

I decided against MSDs because I love the way BMW drives, and realistically will continue to buy and lease BMWs for a long time. If I put down an MSD, it basically will be money gone for a long time, since I will keep rolling over the money.

It does and it doesn't.....I still can't really figure out if I am getting a "good" deal or not. It does seem like you pulled out alright though!

2014 335 only increased $50, so the invoice should be nearly identical to the 2013 version.

For reference the 328 increased $200.

That's ~$2000 above invoice before your incentive. Negotiate $500-$1000 above invoice, and then factor in your incentive.
