You don't own the Q box. My father had to send his back when he switched to Virgin media.

no point downgrading to NowTV - if you are happy with sky then the best thing to do is to contact them and give them 30 days notice... they will try to give you some offer during the call but is best to decline that first offer and just go ahead with the notice... they normally call you back in some point during those 30 days and then you try to negotiate a better/retentions deal... you can also online chat if they dont call back soon enough...
