Does anyone know if I could transfer the heating elements from my current seats into these?

While technically possible I guess, it would have to be a Frankenstein type wire setup. lol

Heck, for that price you could just buy them and jam them into the car so you'd have four front seats.

Sorry to revive an old post, recently been thinking about this swap. Can you share how/where you sourced the seats from?

Seats are probably a tough sell in certain areas since you're limited to one general geographic area and shipping would be a huge PITA.
