I am looking for Road Map Europe Premium WEST 2019-2 for my E92 LCI (2013).

With each new release, new streets, additional POI's, and additional 3D Maps are added, and improvements to the routing algorithm are made. The GUI (appearance) is unchanged. PM sent.

Is 2019-2 combined for Europe Next available? I know that the East and West versions are available but was hoping a combined version would be released.

No, nor will there ever be. If it could all fit in a single package on Head Unit, there would be no need for split version BMW switched to.
