Xcarlink Android Auto --- NBT EVO ID6 Aux in
Hi guys. I've bought an Xcarlink Android auto module for my 2018 F30, which has the NBT EVO with ID6 system. Looking at the instructions, the sound is meant to be directed from the module to the multimedia system using the Aux-in port. However, my car doesn't have one.
Do I really need an aux in input, or can the audio be transferred using bluetooth for example? Failing that, another option is an AUX to USB adapter they sell. Or, is it possible to retrofit an AUX input to the EVO system? |
