I wouldn't think so. But they could have a bit more aggressive tune to take advantage of the cooler temps. Intercooler doesn't necessarily add power, it just restores power that is lost due to timing.

I'm a new F30 owner (2015 328i N26) and want to go OEM+. I'm thinking about a Stage1 tune + Remus axleback, and then maybe an intercooler somewhere later down the road. Is ECU flash tuning for the N20/N26 generally considered to be a more fine-grained tuning solution compared to piggybacks? I really like what I've seen from this AA flash tune, my only concern would be if a warranty claim came up and having to deal with that (I have 1 year factory + 1 year CPO left on the car). That's one reason I'm considering the Dinan Stage1, but that is still basically a piggyback. I had a B6 and B7 A4 prior to my F30, and had the APR ECU flash in both cases. I really liked how the tune required no hardware modification, and you could even switch between maps on the fly via the cruise control stalk. Overall, I'm looking for reliability over absolute performance.

Hi,
We offer combo deals for Active Tune + REMUS exhaust.
Let me know once you are ready to pull the trigger.

Active Autowerke tune will give you a lot more power than dinan + a smoother power delivery

ECU tunes are much more refined and better. AA would be a good tune in your case. As for the CPO, find a good dealer and service advisor that works with modders. I'm under CPO as well and as you can tell from my signature, I have voided the hell out of my warranty, technically, but I can still get warranty work done.

Seems very strange the Dyno graphs posted for the pulls are all measured in 3rd gear? As I recall F30 1:1 ratio was 5th gear? Also 14.9 afr seems super dangerous!!!! Any graphs/logs showing AFR and timing through rev range?

For the ZF45HP, 6th gear is actually 1:1. And 14.9 is pretty dangerous..
