Where should I buy wheels?

I currently have a 2019 440i coupe with stock 18" wheels that I really want to get rid of.

I do not know where to buy the wheels from and what offset I should get for the front and back. I am set on getting staggered wheels. My budget is about $1,000 for four wheels.

Any recommendations?

I'm not sure about price but Apex has some nice wheels and they have a size guide for your car. It may at least be a place to start.
