Suspension problem

Just letting you know, I noticed my car to be leaning to the right while observed from the rear (with no one in it) when I got home I did some measurements from the center of the wheel rim to the wheel arch and found that both front heights were 15 inches, the rear passenger was 14 inches and the rear driver was 13 1/2 inches. Hmmm not too impressed, $85k car doesn't sit level.
Anyhow I'm taking the car in on Wednesday morning but they wouldn't say over the phone if the suspension is adjustable.

Apart from that and a non working DAB radio the car is great so far.

What sort of suspension do you have? Standard, M sport, or adaptive? I guess it could be a defective shock, but seems unlikely on a brand new car. Will be interesting to know what the dealer thinks, and what they do about it.

It's adaptive, sorry forgot to add that on the post. If someone could measure their heights to compare? From the center of the wheel rim to the edge of the body wheel arch vertically. I know mine is meant to be 10mm lower all round (with the adaptive) but not this much discrepancy.

Well this was certainly a surprise, the dealership said the height discrepancy is normal, they took the measurements from the bottom edge of the rim to the wheel arch and my rear right is 1cm lower than the left, and the left is 1cm lower than both front heights.
They showed me on other cars and the discrepancy is similar like an X3 with similar difference in heights at the rear, even a 5 series showed it.
If anyone here could measure theirs and compare?

either way, they declined adjusting the suspension

My rear right is about 4mm lower than the left. I'm on H&R springs though.

Does that mean that it could be out of alignment?

I'm still taken aback that it's actually not all the same height

Ok, had time this morning to take measurements. Now with the adaptive suspension i have would mean i already sit 10mm lower all round than the standard suspension cars.
the measurement is done from the bottom edge of the wheel rim passing through the center of the rim (where the bmw logo is) and up to the edge of the body wheel arch of the car.

I get: Both front heights are 610mm (identical)
Passenger rear (rear left of the car as looked from rear) 600mm
Driver rear (rear right) 590mm

Going to have a chat with another dealership, the guys I saw yesterday seemed annoyed that I even asked them to measure it, they were so pissed off just by me mentioning the heights. They were trying to tell me that the RHD models here in Australia are right side heavy and cause the car to lean and should just accept the car for the beautiful thing it is.
Am i getting bullshitted here? I'm not a mechanic but it sounded like bullshit.

J1N what heights do you have? if you could please measure it.

Front

Left Right
39cm 38cm

Rear

Left Right
39cm 38cm

without the driver, i believe the car should be higher in the right to make it balanced when there is a driver. If we all have the same figures, it might be correct
