Hello, up for sale is a Road Top MMI Carplay device for NBT (ID4). Its functions are identical to Andream MMI. It is practically new and comes with everything that it came with, including packaging. I purchased it from Amazon directly. The item page is:

Hello, thanks for your interest. Yes I used it for about two months. While the AA/carplay is nice, I didn't like the sound quality opposed to plugging in my iPhone in the USB port, as this uses the AUX. Also, I felt that not being able to use the HUD was a waste, so I just paid for a map update.

I had an Andream brand prior to this one, which I also sold. The functionalities are identical, except the UI is white on this one.

Please note that this is for NBT (ID4). If you have something different, such as CIC, NBT Evo or even NBT Champ, it will not work properly.
