Can anyone tell me what "style id" wheels these are?

These are on my 2017 340i xdrive (square setup, 225/45/18 all around, msport pkg, NO track pkg).

It's possible I may be using a second set of those for the summer, though I will probably go with a different (wider!!) style. Just put 4 blizzaks on them for the winter!

I just checked out a 2015 335i m-sport and it had the same wheels (400M)225's all around? I was like WTH? I thought all RWD M sports had staggered setup 255/40 in the rear? Even the OP says 8" front and 8.5" rear for the 400M. There were 2 other M sports on the lot and they both had 225/255 tires on the same 400M wheels. So I got out a tape measure and started measuring wheel widths. Sure enough on the car I was looking at had 8" all around and the others had 8.5's in the rear? The dealer was going to switch the wheels for me but the service mgr stopped it because the door sticker said 225's all around. I walked and said deal breaker and we were all bummed. I know I could just go buy some custom wheels and tires but when spending over $30k for a certified car with new tires I dont have another $2k+ to go out and do that. Help me understand the confusion why most M sports have 225/255 tires but not all apparently. I verfied it has the M sport pkg from the factory and is NOT an x drive

okay yes they had a fresh set of all seasons on it! This on a RWD Hot climate version? I'm learning that trying to find a used one that has just what you want is very difficult and confusing. This site is helping for sure. I'm not in a hurry so the search continues. Thank You

Here's a silly question. My car has the 18" 400M square setup (225/45/18) with all seasons.

Will my old Rial 17" winter/tire wheel setup from my 2009 328xi fit my '18? They've been in storage since 2014. I don't really want to make the trip to storage to get them if they won't fit. The tires are probably shot at this point but if they fit, I would put new winter tires on.

Hi, does anyone know if any 18" wheel will fit over the 2018 f32 blue M Sport brakes? I am having fitment issues with Style 67 rims, and not positive if its just the offset of 47 being the issue (easy 12mm spacer fix), or the diameter of the rim itself. The callipers look to be grinding the inside of the rim on of outer most edge of the calliper and not the front of the calliper which has be second guessing..

Thanks!

I have 2014 F30 M performance, would the following fit?
235/40/19 19x8 ET32
265/35/19 19x9.5 ET35

Using this to figure it out:
http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

Not sure what to make of this? Will I rub or not?

Suspension clearance: 100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)

Fenders clearance:
REAR: Package 2 will stick out 17 mm (0.7'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
FRONT: Package 2 will stick out 9 mm (0.4'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.

Wheelwells clearance: Will fill out the wheelwell by extra 4 mm. Almost no difference

SPEEDOMETER: When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 60.7mph (97.7km/h): 1.2% faster.

Hi guys, sorry I’m the FNG on the forums but I’m interested in getting gloss black M Sport 19” wheels that match these dimensions and offset:

19" Double Spoke Style 442 - 19x8" ET36 225/40/R19 front / 19x8.5" ET47 255/35/R19 rear

My question is that I read this is the common staggered set for RWD 3 series. I have a 2014 328i xdrive and I do not want any rubbing on the tires. Dealt with that on a different car with aftermarket wheels and it sucked. Can anyone vouch that this will not cause rubbing with those tire sizes?

Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: After doing more research, it looks like there should be no rubbing or issues as the above wheel widths and tire sizes are standard OEM spec. So thanks anyway!

Will it Rub - any experience?

Hi
I just joined this lovely forum since i joined the F30 club last month.
Need to get rid of my stock wheels and now i need the help from pro's!

I have come across 245/40-19 9,5 rims that i really would like to get on my f30 2012 stock edition.

Is it possible to have 9,5's in the front as well as in the back?
and what would be the right tire setup with no rub and most possible comfort?

Se the rims here

A perhaps asked and answered, but would wheels from my F10/1 (OEM, 19x8 ET33 - square setup - with 245-40-19 rubber) fit a normal RWD F30 without issues, rubbing, etc?

I recently got a 2013 328i xdrive and the rims are pretty messed up from the previous owner. I was wondering if there are any cheap places to get a new set of factory rims from ?

Will 17 inch wheels fit my F31?

Hello all,
Just purchased an F31 Xdrive with M performance and M sport package. It does not have the M series brakes. Current wheels on it are style 403 with 225/40/19 ET 34 in a square set up.

Need a set of wheels / tires for winter. Will 17 inch wheels fit this car? Tire calculator says 225/50 should be a good fit. Tire rack claims a 17 inch wheel will fit the base model but not the M performance model. The extra sidewall height is good for our horrible winters What does the hive mind say?

Thanks!

Grey brake calipers and 17" will fit, blue M Sport (or other colored M Performance) brake calipers and 18" is needed.

I have stock 18 inch wheels with a 225/45 sidewall on a 2016 340i and I would like to put more rubber on the road. I have an intake, charge pipe, downpipe and jb4 so it could definitely use it. If i put 19s on my car how wide a wheel and how wide a tire could I safely fit? I also was wondering what offset people had noticed kept the wheels flush with the body?

Hey everyone. My E93 M Sport Convertible has the standard 313 19" staggered alloys, which I love. Sadly, my rear left is completely shot, with a number of welds and now non repairable so I need to replace it or move to a different wheel all round..

Fronts are absolutely fine, rear right has 2 welds but been fine for the last 2 years so no reason to say its not got more miles in it. Bridgestones RFs all round with loads of tread..

My question is, (as I cant find a descent 313 rear without a HUGE hole in my pocket) will the 4 series 400M staggered 18" alloys sit ok on the car, I understand the offset is different but I cant find any pix of what the e90 looks like with these wheels on it!.

I can buy a good set locally so just need to know if I'm going to regret the purchase! Ultimately I need to get some trouble free motoring as the 313 has been frankly an absolute F'ing nightmare to live with!

Anyone fitted them on their e90 on here??

Cheers
