Can you try to log misfires?
All 6 channels - I'm thinking it could be that.
How good is fuel in your area if you know?
Seems in the US that isn't a given like it is in Europe.

Is there an ethanol mix map available currently or only S1/S2 93? I’m happy to see all the progress made and believe I’m going to make the switch to BM3 soon!

I'm sorry to highjack this thread a little bit but it seems to be the most active AH3 thread I can find on here. I'm getting ready to upgrade my suspension on my 2013 AH3 with the Eibach springs and my Indy shop and I are trying to figure out what sway bars will work.

Have you guys added aftermarket anti-sway bars, if so what will fit? It doesn't seem like ANYTHING is listed as fitting our cars...

I appreciate any help!

Yea exactly at full throttle it seems fine but just mild acceleration it's rough. Ive been running stock tune in the meanwhile but try to get some logs of just mild accel on tune vs stock.

I got a test map for the 3rd & 6th limiter removal and it seemed to work based on logs. Had bad tires, so couldn't really tell as they just burnt up. Got new tires, need to pass inspection so flashed back to stock for the moment. I'm hoping the changes will be pushed to the OTS maps soon, it's been just over three weeks since I heard "OTS update soon, need to add support for like 30 ROM versions lol."

Just a heads up for any AH3 BM3 users, looks like we're getting the OTS update this week to remove the 3rd and 6th torque limits. At least that's what I've been told.

Just a little story. I had a cel for almost 2 months that would not go away. The dealership couldn't find anything but said it could be because of the bm3 tune which I know isn't true. Then I took it to a Indy shop who said it was the batteries so I spent 700 on the main and aux battery and this still didn't fix the cel. They preceded to blame the tune again and I feel like I just wasted 700 dollars. I got new tires today and magically the cel light went away after 2 months. How the hell do bad tires cause a cel light? I guess I'm not too mad at the batteries because they were 6 years old and eventually gonna go out but they were still working fine. Oh well.

Yeah, there's a few other little things to bend out of the way, but noting major like the AC line.

This is confusing.

ISTA at the Dealership or a proper code reader should have picked up the error code on what was causing the CEL. EVERYTHING producing a CEL will be identified as to why the CEL is present. It might not give you the exact problem, but it will give you the basic place to look. TMPS are a long way from an Engine or a Battery.

I’ve seen first hand the CEL and warning when the TPMS cannot be read and it’s certainly noted when diagnosed. Furthermore, a warning for that particular error will appear on the CID that there is an issue communicating with the TPMS that will nag the crap out of you.

I'm just as confused. Both the dealership and the indy shop couldn't pinpoint the problem.

I had Halim working on an E30 map with me at one point. It's still in my list, but it's old enough that I don't think I'd want to touch it at this point. I'm hoping in the next few months to get an Esomething tune custom done.

The V3 map update is finally live and hopefully includes the last batch of AH3 for which the burbles did not work (which was my case in late August). There's an update for the OBD agent app as well - flash went great, less than 40 seconds.
