I'm not sure if i understand.
Does your car had already the S2VBA or did you retrofit the RDC?
To see the tire pressure and the temperature you need more codings.

Check these settings ( some ecus will probably have a different name):

FEM_01 > RemoteControl 30D0 > RC_RDC_ENABLE = aktiv

ICMQL > Daten 3000 > IcmKod_B_S2VBA = verbaut

DSC_CT01 > DSC_CODIERDATEN_ALLGEMEIN 3000 > C_Funktion_RDCi_l = nicht_aktiv
DSC_CT01 > DSC_CODIERDATEN_ALLGEMEIN 3000 > C_Funktion_RPA_e = nicht_aktiv
DSC_CT01 > DSC_CODIERDATEN_RPA_CONTI 3002 > C_RPA_Extra = nicht_aktiv

HU_NBT > EXBOX 3001 > RDC = aktiv
HU_NBT > EXBOX 3001 > RDC_DRUCK_TEMP = aktiv
HU_NBT > EXBOX 3001 > RDC_FORTSCHRITTSANZEIGE = aktiv
HU_NBT > EXBOX 3001 > REIFENUEBERWACHUNG_RDC_RPA = rdc
HU_NBT > EXBOX 3001 > RPA = nicht_aktiv

KOMBI L7_MID > ERM_Konfiguration 3004 > ST_TYR_RDC_ALIVE = aktiv
KOMBI L7_MID > ERM_Konfiguration 3004 > ST_TYR_RDC_TIMEOUT = aktiv
KOMBI L7_MID > FZG_Ausstattung 3003 > DSC_MIT_RPA = ohne_RPA

Would be nice if this question resolved. Did you look at the additional codings? What happened? Did you solve it? Thanks!

I have an e70 x5 as well with RDC. Did you ever resolve this?

The HU is CIC. It does not have the parameters: RDC_DRUCK_TEMP = aktiv or RDC_DRUCK_TEMP = druck_und_temperatur.

What other parameters and/or modules should I check?

Thanks.

In order to code TPMS you must have TPMS.

I have factory TPMS. VO has 2VB as one of the installed options. The RDC module is installed and comes up as RDC in the UIF in INPA, but RDCLC in NCSExpert. And I have the metal valve stems/TPMS units in the tires.

That should be all I need, correct?

It would seem so. I coded mine to show temperature as well as PSI with Bimmercode. It showed PSI already. If yours didn't from the get go something isn't right.

Which module did you code for the temp and PSI? I checked through the HU CIC FSW_PSW.trc file and did not see an option for druck_and_temperatur

HU-NBT> Tire pressure control
If you don't have NBT I can't say what might work, if anything.

I searched this thread and couldn’t find the answer. Question is can my 2013 335i be coded to display pressures? I have metal valve stems.

If you open Bimmercode and go to HU-NBT and there's no entry for Tire Pressure Control you don't have Direct TPMS, which is the system that supplies temperature and pressure readouts. If you don't have HU-NBT I can't say if you have Direct TPMS or not. I wouldn't assume that the valve stem material is definitive. My last car had metal valve stems, but not Direct TPMS. It had Indirect TPMS, which doesn't give a readout, only a warning if a tire goes low.

Should be able to with BimmerCode, yes.

I've done it on my prior 2014 328i and current 2016 320i.
