I just got a VSRF Catted downpipe for my F32 435i and had it installed at a local shop. I have one issue and was wondering if anyone has had the same issue. You can see in the picture that the secondary O2 sensor is not in the same spot as on the OEM one. The cable does not reach wheee it is supposed to. Some have said you can unclamp the harness to give it some slack to reach but I haven't been able to figure out where to unclamp it from.
Is there a work around to this? Maybe getting a extension cable? I've tried reaching out to vsrf to no avail. I also have bootmod3 |

This issue with o2 sensor wire not reaching seems like a nightmare....have a VRSF CP and am considering looking elsewhere for DP now unfortunately.

We've been made aware of the issue and the jig is being corrected as we speak. Anyone who has contacted us regarding the o2 issue has been provided with the support they need
If you haven't, you can contact me directly at sales@vr-speed.com for resolution. |

Was looking to purchase this DP because I'm in NY and inspections suck. I need to know if this DP sets the Oxygen Sensor and Oxygen Sensor Heater to READY. If so, I'm buying but I need to know definitively.

Any eta on the corrected batch? Is the spacer just like an angled 02 spacer?

I'm sure if you added a 90 degree 02 adapter the cable would reach.

Is this o2 spacer pretty much a guaranteed fix for the wiring length (without introducing any other problems)? On the fence to buy into the 8/23 batch or wait for the batch from the corrected jig.

The o2 spacer is a guaranteed fix for the o2 sensor length issue although we're still in the process of revising the downpipe.
