I understand, but as you know you must pick and chose your battles when dealing with service….it was not a hill to die on for me.

I did however get 6 quarts of 0w30 oil for free, not sure why that happened, I was willing to pay. And a free DEF fill up. So I paid the $195 and got out of there without making a big deal!
