I can't figure out what the annoying drone is in my car. The car is so quiet I have a bad feeling it's the active sound.

I will be coding it out of the car this week. Goodbye active sound. Won't be missed

It took approx. 3-4 hours to instal the exhaust and to program the ECU. Power increase is signifitiant!!! I really feel the difference. The engine pulls better from low RPM.
But the greatest improvement is overall feeling of the car. The 340i without kit is very aggresive, no doubt. However after instalation of this new kit it is aggresive as hell
The sound on eco and comfort mode is improved, more deep, but not too loud. On the sport mode the sound is just immense.
Very brutal!!!

the part was just removed by bmw and a new updated version is coming out in a couple of days with part number:11122444531
i think Janspeedy should go see if he can update his kit or refit it with the newer one.

Janspeedy & Anakonda, do you know any suppliers locally that are now supplying the updated exhaust power kit that us people in Oz could purchase this from? Just confirmed with my local dealer that the part number 11122444531 is the new / latest version of the MPPK for the 340i and they will happily fit it if I can acquire the kit from overseas as BMW OZ are yet to approved it for us in Australia. Just need a website that ships to Australia and us down under are in :-)

So I found it interesting the option auto mppsk acceleration video is 1.2 seconds faster to 180kmph then Janspeedy's video. I knew that option auto video was too good to be true. They must of gone downhill.

I don't think you realize how big of a deal this is. Everyone is waiting for these numbers! You should start a new post with as much detail about your car, fuel type, location, and dyno type.

Considering stock B58s w/o the power and sound kit have put down 330 rwhp on a dynojet this looks in line with 30hp to the wheels. Not a bad increase for a factory approved kit.

I just figured if those were wheel numbers then after accounting for awd drivetrain loss they would be too high to make sense, strong dyno results from the B58 notwithstanding. But hey, I will be thrilled if I'm wrong.
