Cold start - RPMs start fluctuating (Video provided)

Hello, guys!
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that when I cold started my F30 328i MY2013, the RPMs are going up and down quite a bit. It’s not the gradual decrease like before and it’s been doing it eversince. What do you reckon that I should check? Spark plugs?

Also is there a normal operating engine temperature as I couldn't find one in the forums. I used to own a diesel car and it was stuck at 90C at all times ( I know that gasoline cars are a bit different). I'm getting quite a bad fuel consumption and was wondering how to detect for example bad thermostat.

Thank you in advance!
