Hi everyone -

I tackled my OFH and Cooler gaskets today. Everything went well with the exception of two small mishaps. The bolt that holds the oil lines to the cooler broke and the vacuum line on the intake snorkel broke as it was brittle. My question is regarding the bolt. Can someone take a picture of theirs for me please? I need to know if the metal clamp that secures the lines to the cooler is flush with the mating surface, or does it have a little play like mine in the picture attached? I can't remember if it was flush when I removed it...

For anyone needing this bolt the part number is:

07129906569 - Bolt

Also, the vacuum line from the charge pipe from the intake snorkel cracked. It was brittle because of heat cycles I guess and needed to be replaced. Part number is:

13907604938 - Hose

XxThe_RemedyXx , Did you have to loosen the manifold to get to the inside bolt?

Yep 100%. It wasn't bad at all. The manifold just needs to be moved a bit to the right and you can sneak an extension onto the bolt. Easy actually. The hardest part was threading the last bolt onto the manifold under the cowl. The best piece of hardware for me was a magnetic telescoping wand purchased from Amazon for $8. I would have lost a few if not for it.

Since I was north of 105k when I finally replaced my OEM Chargepipe (just lucky), I went ahead and replaced the intake manifold gaskets.
