Hi again.
Got my car for about bit more than month now, was thinking the noise is coming from antiroll bar like an older service history invoice said or steering rack joint like mot advisorie said but after checking today in service its steering rack itself. Looking where to get cheap one in UK as new one starts at 500GBP.

500 new? That's quite a bargain, list price is 4-5 times that

Bit over 500 just by opening the first few results google gives you, anyway, I took it back to dealer and he said they'll see what they can do about it, hopefully will get my second keyfob (opened a thread earlier) sorted as well.

Ok, i have one for sale if needed (VSS version), as it was mistakenly replaced and actually healthy - but i was prepared to sell it for 1.2-1.5keur considering a new one is 3k!

I'm still not sure how you can get a new one at 500 though, are you sure it's legit?

Hmm, now that I look closely they all are out of stock, so I got no clue how much it costs new. Refurbished is about 300. And I know that with exchange, old one for refurbished rack in EU you can get away with about 250 EUR.
