Not in CA but really excited to hopefully see some N20's on the dyno. There is so little dyno data for these engines, so good on you N26Ghost for setting this up!

Recap:

The group is looking for weekend in the next couple of months (Jan-Feb most likely). So far, the lineup is:

MrZeeMan
jh_f30
Dheeth-F30
Diegov209
cobra2814
Roadtrip Ren
alainv1029
N26Ghost

Next topic, we need to finalize a date...

The latter half of January has the Sat the 19th and Sun the 20th and the 24th/25th.

Early Feb offers the 2nd and 3rd, and the 9th and 10th.

Based on this, I will setup a poll and the majority will decide the days that work for the most people. Ideally, it would work for everyone, but with a group this size, that may not pan out, but we can try.

Be on the lookout for the poll.

Poll is open for 10 days from today.

After that, the leading votes will determine the possible dates and we can start the negotiations with the shop and lock down pricing.

That is a great question. I don't see why not as long as we are mindful of time. One set of runs takes at least an hour per car, so as long as we still have enough time to get through all the cars we have, I can't see why he wouldn't be OK with that.

Once we have a couple dates, I will add that to the talking points for the negotiation.

I don't have a personal tuner, but it'd be interesting to get a baseline on a stock map and see the deltas post stage 2 tune.

That is my favorite. I've dyno'd twice: stock and then with JB+ and having the hard data from the same dyno by the same person gives me confidence in the data. To see the gains first hand is awesome.

I’ll vote again. In lieu of that, you get to make the deciding vote since you’re organizing. Done and done. Let’s go dyno.

Kinda considering tagging along. It’s a long drive for me, coming from the peninsula, but I have a 70k N26 that has never been (to my knowledge) walnut blasted, and it’d be interesting to compare it to ones that have.

Alright fellas, going to talk with the shop tomorrow about these 3 dates.

Whichever works best for the shop will take the cake and I will post the details about pricing, timing, etc.

Looking forward to hearing some awesome N20/N26/B48/N54/N55/B58 sounds and seeing some quality numbers.

Alright fellas, Nick says that Saturday, Jan 19th, 2019 is the best option for him and his techs.

Given that date, we need to finalize the list of participants.

The pricing is dependent on the number of cars.

For 10 cars, it is $60 per person.

If we get more than 10 cars, he will lower that to $50 per person.

The last time I checked, this was the list of folks that had confirmed:

MrZeeMan
jh_f30
Dheeth-F30
Diegov209
cobra2814
Roadtrip Ren
alainv1029
N26Ghost

Folks on this list, please re-confirm that this date works for you.

I will be putting some posts up in the CA forum and general forums to see if we can drum up some more interest.
