Opinions on these used tires

Should I be concerned with the small puncture into the tread of these used tires? (Where his finger is pointed at) It doesn't go all the way through the tire as you can see in the second photo. I know it's small, maybe I'm overthinking it?

Garage List
It’s probably not deep but it looks like overinflation issues.

How cheap are they and what do you plan to do with them? I looked into a used tire to put on a spare rim but a new cheapo brand (nankang) was $100 so I just bought new.

They're used MPS4S about $300 cheaper than getting them new. Just using for daily driving.

My assumption is that it should be fine, but I just wanted some outside opinions!

Don't worry about that at all. Worst case is a puncture repair, but as you say it doesn't go through so all will be ok.
Just buy them, great tyres, quiet and grippy wet or dry. No downsides at $300 off retail.

Yeah I think I'll pull the trigger on them! What's your review on the PS4S? Thanks
